Porosh brings together people, creators, communities and businesses to share information, express ideas and build meaningful connections. We want participation to be useful, respectful and welcoming. These guidelines explain the standards expected from everyone using the platform and apply to posts, comments, profiles, usernames, pages, groups, photographs, videos, commercial listings and external links.
Respectful Communication
Treat other people with dignity, even when you disagree with their opinions. Constructive criticism, discussion and debate are welcome, but threats, intimidation, targeted harassment and hateful abuse are not permitted. Do not encourage others to attack a person, repeatedly contact someone who has asked you to stop or publish material intended to expose someone to harm. Focus on the subject being discussed rather than using personal abuse.
Privacy and Personal Information
Respect the privacy of other users and people outside the platform. Do not publish another person's private contact details, identity documents, financial information, passwords, intimate material or confidential communications without appropriate authorization. Before sharing a screenshot, check whether it contains information that should be removed. Information being publicly accessible does not make it acceptable to collect and republish it for harassment or intimidation.
Accurate and Responsible Information
Share information honestly and distinguish verified facts from personal opinions, satire and individual experiences. Do not knowingly publish false claims or present fabricated documents, edited recordings or misleading images as authentic evidence. Headlines and captions should accurately reflect the content they introduce. When you discover a significant mistake, correct it clearly rather than continuing to circulate inaccurate information.
Take particular care with news, health information, emergency contacts, public-service requirements and financial claims. Where possible, identify reliable sources and include a relevant date. Information can change, so an expired offer, old announcement or previous application deadline should not be presented as current.
Original Content and Intellectual Property
Publish content you created, have permission to use or are otherwise entitled to use under an applicable legal exception. This responsibility includes photographs, articles, illustrations, music, films, software, television programmes and live broadcasts. Giving credit, adding a watermark or linking to the original source does not automatically provide permission to copy or distribute protected material. Rights holders may report concerns through our copyright complaint process.
Spam and Misuse of Accounts
Do not flood the platform with repeated posts, irrelevant advertisements, unsolicited messages or collections of unexplained promotional links. Accounts must not be created or coordinated to generate fake engagement, overwhelm discussions or evade moderation. A genuine business profile or relevant external link is not automatically spam; its purpose, context, repetition and effect on the community will be considered.
Fraud and Misleading Promotions
Porosh must not be used for phishing, identity theft, fake customer support, fraudulent fundraising or deceptive financial schemes. Do not request passwords, one-time passwords, card PINs or confidential payment credentials. Do not promise guaranteed earnings or claim qualifications, partnerships, approvals or official affiliations that do not exist.
Businesses and sellers should describe their offers accurately and explain important prices, conditions and limitations. Commercial promotions should be clearly identifiable where appropriate. Users should be able to understand what is being offered and make informed decisions before sharing information or making a payment.
Safety and Prohibited Material
Sexual exploitation, child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate material and explicit sexual content are prohibited. Do not use profiles, comments, contact invitations or external links to distribute or promote such material. Credible threats, encouragement of violence and content intended to facilitate unlawful harm are also prohibited. Educational discussion and news reporting must not become encouragement or coordination of harmful activity.
Unauthorized betting and gambling promotions are not permitted. This includes attempts to promote them through disguised links, redirects, profile descriptions or repeated comments. Moving prohibited activity to another part of the platform does not make it acceptable.
Advertising Integrity
Interact with advertisements only because you are interested in the advertised offer. Never ask people to click advertisements to support Porosh, help a creator, unlock a reward or increase earnings. Bots, click exchanges and coordinated activity intended to generate artificial advertising impressions or clicks are prohibited.
Reporting a Concern
If you believe content or an account violates these guidelines, use an available reporting feature or contact support@porosh.com.bd. Include the exact post, page or profile link, explain the concern and provide relevant evidence. Share only the personal information necessary to understand the issue. Do not submit knowingly false reports or organize reporting campaigns simply because you disagree with a lawful opinion.
Moderation and Review
Porosh may review reports, request additional information, remove content, limit features, suspend accounts or terminate access where appropriate. The response may depend on the severity, context and repetition of the activity. Serious or repeated violations, including attempts to evade restrictions, may result in stronger action.
If you believe an action was taken incorrectly, contact support with the affected account or content link and a clear explanation. Include evidence of ownership, permission or relevant context where applicable. A request for review does not automatically reverse an action, and disputed material should not be reposted simply to bypass a restriction.
Updates and Contact
These guidelines may be updated as Porosh develops or new concerns arise. The current version will be published on this page with a revised date. We encourage users to review the guidelines and help maintain a community built on useful contributions, respectful communication and responsible participation.
